When analyzing the account we utilize the techniques of "Risk Management" because insurance may not always be the best way to handle a customer's exposure to losses.

After the risk survey has been completed a written proposal will be presented to our customer describing our findings and our recommendations.

We do this procedure for both commercial lines and personal lines. The personal risk survey is completed by phone and on site inspection of the home. The commercial risk survey is completed on site and with a personal interview.
